Through the 40 Days, I’ll dispel that false information that’s been promoted through media and advertising - things like canola oil are healthy; breakfast is the most important meal; small meals, and snacks every 2 hours are best) and instill the new scientifically proven information as we implement these new habits.

I’ll also give you the tools to get off sugar, lower your carb intake, and turn your body into an efficient, fat-burning machine!

Forty days from now will be here regardless of what you do. How you arrive in 40 days is up to you. I give you the tools and information to arrive slimmer, healthier, and with a kick-ass immune system!

This is me at 53 running my second Spartan Obstacle Race in 2019. What was special about this race is that my daughter and my nephew agreed to run it with me. It is a race that I will never forget. To be able to share those successful moments with my daughter was priceless. I ran 4 more in 2019 - the last was a brutal 15-mile course called the Spartan BEAST. If you had told me 12 years ago this would be my reality, I would have laughed. I was gaining weight, I had no energy - and a pizza and nap always sounded better than doing anything healthy. I knew something had to change and the memory of my father having to have a sextuple bypass, in spite of his healthier living, gave me the motivation to make sure that wasn’t the reality for my 3 kids. 
So when I say as a DAD – I understand the struggle - I truly mean it! 
I’ve battled the dad bod, dealt with depression, struggled to find the right food to put on the table, been as unbalanced as it comes – but step by step, I have found the balance and re-nourished myself and my kids in many ways. My mission now is to help as many dads as I can. To help men bring up healthier kids than we have seen in decades. To put an end to lifestyle diseases such as Type 2 diabetes, cancer, and heart disease. 
So take a moment to assess where you are at this moment. Are you living your best healthy life? Forty days will be here regardless of what you do. But how you arrive in forty days is totally up to you.

Will this program help boost my immune system?

ABSOLUTELY!
In a recent biohacking conference with worldwide experts talking on a panel, they were asked what was the one thing that each would suggest boosting their immune system…guess what, this program has every single aspect that each of them suggested!

Will I have to buy a bunch of food to do this?

This will be a process of excluding some of the foods you might be eating and adding new options. So yes, there will be some new things to purchase, but it will be offset by no buying other things. I also discuss where to find cheaper options and how to get the best bang for your buck with what you purchase!

What happens after 40 days?

That is up to you. I leave you with the tools to move forward on your own to continue implementing what we have learned. Another option is to sign up for a coaching program that will continue to keep you on track and even turn up the volume if that is what would work for you.

Will I need to do or know anything before this starts?
