40 FOR 40 - Forty days and nights, providing you the motivation, INSTRUCTIONS, and guidance to support you as the leader in your family by setting the example in health and nutrition! I created this 40-day program to help get us all on track! A virtual and literal RESET.
With 40 days (and the rest of your life) we implement a series of proven 1º shifts that over time create big changes and establish new habits. I integrate nutrition, immune-boosting, workouts, mindset, sleep, longevity, accountability, camaraderie, and plain ’ole fun!
Through the 40 Days, I’ll dispel that false information that’s been promoted through media and advertising - things like canola oil are healthy; breakfast is the most important meal; small meals, and snacks every 2 hours are best) and instill the new scientifically proven information as we implement these new habits.
I’ll also give you the tools to get off sugar, lower your carb intake, and turn your body into an efficient, fat-burning machine!
Forty days from now will be here regardless of what you do. How you arrive in 40 days is up to you. I give you the tools and information to arrive slimmer, healthier, and with a kick-ass immune system!

Why is this important? This is what I have been hearing.
• I should get back to a routine.
• I’ve let myself go a bit.
• I need to do something.
• I’ve put on a few pounds.
• I’m not motivated to make a change.
I’m here with this program to turn those statements into:
• I’m feeling great.
• I’m looking better.
• My energy has been through the roof.
• I slept like a rock last night.
• I didn’t catch the flu or even cold this season.
One year in, Dad Bod Warrior got me off the couch, running, eating amazing, healthy food, and signing up for Spartan races. I lost 45 lbs, went off my diabetic meds, and my A1c has stayed under 7 for nine months.
This guy knows what he is doing!
Thanks for the challenge Tim, this has been an experience. Thank you for your leadership. I look forward to the next chapter. Not only have I lost weight, but my body shape is all different! I feel younger and I’m told I look younger (a beard trim and haircut helped as well! LOL
So far I have lost a total of 30lbs.

Last Thursday I reached 199lbs. Can’t remember the last time I weighed less than 200!!
Tim Pedersen has been a great inspiration to me, especially in helping me to become healthier. So...I wanted to share as this thing wraps up (formally, anyway). First, I can’t thank Tim enough for generously offering so much time, encouragement, education and guidance during these 40 days. Not every day has been a perfect day for me, but the educational info, tips, answers to questions and resources given by Tim have been excellent and have given me a great foundation for continuing this diet.

Thanks for organizing the 40 Day challenge! Learned a lot. Here is my final weigh in for the 3rd Monday. Down 15 lbs!
Starting weight was 267.4, Final weight at the end of the challenge 245.4!!! Down 22 lbs in 40 days.

In a recent biohacking conference with worldwide experts talking on a panel, they were asked what was the one thing that each would suggest boosting their immune system…guess what, this program has every single aspect that each of them suggested!
This will be a process of excluding some of the foods you might be eating and adding new options. So yes, there will be some new things to purchase, but it will be offset by no buying other things. I also discuss where to find cheaper options and how to get the best bang for your buck with what you purchase!
That is up to you. I leave you with the tools to move forward on your own to continue implementing what we have learned. Another option is to sign up for a coaching program that will continue to keep you on track and even turn up the volume if that is what would work for you.
